The programme covers all components of a business model, including value propositions, customer relationships, distribution channels, key activities, resources, and partnerships. Participants learn to align customer needs with product features, design go-to-market strategies, construct financial projections, define cost structures and revenue streams, and develop a well-structured business plan. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped to analyse their market, understand target customers, and create a sustainable business model aligned with their innovation goals.
