Emotional Intelligence

Participants will learn how to recognise and manage their own emotions, understand the emotions of others, and respond more effectively in everyday interactions. Through simple models, real-life examples, and reflective activities, the course focuses on building emotional awareness, empathy, and self-regulation skills that can be applied immediately in educational and professional settings.
