Description
This Soft Skills course is designed to support education professionals in developing the interpersonal, leadership, and self-management skills required to thrive in today’s fast-changing educational environment. The programme addresses key challenges faced by educators and school leaders, including motivation, job satisfaction, stress management, teamwork, communication, leadership, and change management.
Through practical discussions, reflective exercises, and real-life education-based scenarios, participants will explore how soft skills directly impact professional effectiveness, school culture, and personal wellbeing. The course balances individual development (mindset, communication, stress management) with organisational skills (leadership, teamwork, feedback, and strategic thinking).
