Gender Equality at the Workplace: Becoming a More Inclusive Work Environment

Taking a practical, real-context approach, this training:

  • Introduces the basic concepts of gender equality
  • Highlights the need and relevance of Equality Policies including Gender Equality Plans for entities seeking to access EU funding
  • Explores how to plan and implement a tailored policy for your organisation
  • Identifies practical strategies to promote gender equality in the workplace

This half-day training can be further extended into a 2-day hands-on workshop (in-person), where organisations will be provided hands-on support to co-develop their own gender equality strategy and internal policies, ensuring full compliance with current best practice, and EU requirements.
